White privilege
Ain’t no way this video came out 10 years ago
It’s way older than that
SOONERS!
The profound influence of this material is evident. A book I read with similar insights was a journey of self-discovery and enlightenment. "The Art of Meaningful Relationships in the 21st Century" by Leo Flint
100% don't trust a cop. Lawyer up. If you don't have one then go with option two and stfu. If you are being interrogated there is almost nothing you can say to get them to believe you are innocent. In fact, if you try to discuss what you were doing at the time of the crime and are wrong because of bad memory they can use that to indicate you are lying about it. Also, if you are being interrogated it is because they don't have enough evidence to secure a conviction yet so don't give them anything. If they have the information they need already they just lock you up.
Professional brain washing
I hope that Brazilian guy got some compensation
Thanks for the free interrogation defence tips . “ I want my lawyer” is what ima say
I gave this a thumbs up , music sucks at times though.
I believe Detective Walker did an excellent job
What's going on w the computer/screen behind the detective?
This is well done by the detectives, but this is also why you get an attorney. Its all a game, all an interrogation is to shape itself into getting you to confess. There is no talking your way out.
4:35 I have had s TBI (traumatic brain injury) I do these things all the time!! My GAWD!!! I'm now sus cause I have TICS that I'd do cause of anxiety? I'd also scream "POLYGRAPH!!" LMADO! These experts are VERY vauge
@1:16.... he's not gonna beat a Walker! That's my last name! We go. Go and go and go.... than then.... GO!!!
Just say “I am going to exercise my right to remain silent” and just like that the interview is over
Boomer!
nah the judge gave him ten years for murder and a life sentence for that haircut
That lady explaining the Interrogation techniques is fucking annoying. Too much dramatic
Cop: "You either confess right NOW to this heinous crime or I am going to lock your ass up" ahahhahahaha
Going all Primal Fear, Edward Norton did it better
my school sent me here to watch this
RIP cousin Adelbert and Marcus
Watching this for college but if I’d be asked so yo understand ur not arrest ? Me darts out of there 😂
Always remember that the Police are not therapist. They do not care about you or your well being, they are asking you questions because they haven't the answers. No matter what they say never make a confession or speak without a lawyer.
Im starting to get the feeling that alot of the people in these comments want criminals to get away with murder.
I recommend the Joey "Cocoa" Diaz method. When they ask you questions just answer with completely unrelated answers. Like, Q:"where were you the night of the victims death"? A:"I found a dollar in pennies under the couch cushion a couple months ago". Q:" when was the last time you seen the victim alive"? A: "last year i think we got a total of 20inches of snow in December alone". Q:" how old were you when you started having these violent thoughts"? A:" I once seen a lamp post fall over onto a passing car" lol. Once you feel this tactic is becoming dry, just follow up each question they ask with "I have nothing more to say" or use your rights to a lawyer.
The moral of this story is , one the Police will lie to you . Get a lawyer and say , "no comment " !
Never talk to cops...never
Never talk to cops...never
hi
Better not to talk to them at all especailly without lawyer: the place to speak is in front of judge not to an investigator. Their are allowed to use unethical means. For example lie about vitnesses or say you will be pardoned if confess. Common situation: someone is suspected of theft(he is innocent), so they tell his there is a person who told them that you did it(lie) and they 100% sure about that so your best choice is to confess then instead of you going to jail you only get fined and probation period(also lie). Plus instead instead of waiting court months in the cell you could go home much faster(also lie). Even innorent person could take blame in this kind of situation as long as he think that everything would be over much faster (because of work, personal life, etc.) and sentence is not too hash.
I think the second dude’s mustache came from the first dude’s head
Shouldn’t have upped the rent
Name rank and serial number. Call my attorney

I once had a tell but I lost it in an accident.
An interrogation Myth: "It may be the only chance police have to find out about a crime"? (The myth from children's books with helpful, chunky-legged cops directing traffic comes to mind.) Interrogation Reality: The cops will probably try to talk you into guit.
Anytime you have to talk to a cop about anything that might jam you up Even if you aren't guilty of anything ALWAYS say the four magic words... "I WANT A LAWYER."
In 1980 I allegedly witnessed a man being run over by a vehicle two times it turned out to be a homicide it was late at night the weather was poor and I offered this information only because I was able to give them the color of the car for possible make that’s it for weeks later they asked me to come in to have a conversation and they backhandedly accused me of being the driver of the vehicle I laughted so hard that I almost Pissed my pants got up and walked out To this day I’ve never helped a police officer in an investigation on any level. And that person driving the car was never ever found
Here’s a funny little question why would you not verify his location before the interrogation I’ll tell you why they didn’t give a fuck if they caught the guilty person they had a catch somebody
How many people do you think this guy put in jail for absolutely innocent if it’s one it’s too many
There are hundreds of LOW IQ innocent people in jail. This is the absolute perfect example of why you never speak to the police
